Jessica Bethel
Family Lawyer
Jessica is a Family Lawyer at Ruhl Family Law Centre. Jessica is dedicated to providing clear, compassionate, and practical legal advice to clients navigating the complexities of separation and family transitions.
After graduating from a local boarding school, Jessica completed her Bachelor of Laws with James Cook University and later her Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law in 2023.
Whilst studying and raising her family Jessica worked in a local law firm gaining experience in property law, commercial law, and wills and estates. Jessica transitioned to family law in November 2023, having been drawn to the impactful work being done by the team at Ruhl Family Law Centre.
Jessica is a bush kid at heart, and appreciates an easy to understand, straightforward approach in her delivery of legal advice. Jessica aims to not only provide her clients with quality legal advice but also stability and understanding during difficult times.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys soaking up family time and is often found outside riding her horse or amongst her many chickens and dogs. Jessica enjoys good music, a cold beer and plenty of North Queensland sunshine.
